The company Aguas Santafesinas SA had a commercial system that needed to be replaced by a HW and SW technological solution according to its processes and the constant evolution of the utilities sector.
The challenge was to face an implementation through a bidding process that would allow Aguas Santafesina to implement its business processes, automating many of them and laying the foundations for a more modern and robust technological infrastructure.

Through a team of experienced consultants, the SAP IS-U utilities solution was installed, where all of ASSA's end-to-end business processes were implemented, including its database. Invoicing was guaranteed for more than 1 million customers distributed in the province of Santa Fe.
