Ecogas needed to replace its current commercial system with a solution that would implement a first class Hardware and Software infrastructure in the Utilities industry solutions segment.
The challenge was to to face an implementation that would provide a modern technological platform, with high standards in the management of Ecogas' main business processes and that would allow it to face the future with a scalable solution that would last over time.

The solution was to implement the SAP utilities solution (SAP IS_U) where through an interdisciplinary team we were able to migrate all the end-to-end commercial processes of Ecogas, including its database, guaranteeing the issuance of invoices for more than 1 million customers distributed in 6 provinces (Córdoba, Mendoza, San Juan, San Luis, Catamarca and La Rioja).
